Nick and Kyle were great and went above and beyond to replace and rework drain pipes in our older home. Very reasonably priced and did an excellent job from planning to execution. Nick and the crew at Quality Control Plumbing will take great care of you. We've used Quality Control for several jobs since he was recommended to us by our realtor. From a several thousand dollar job when we moved in, to replacing some smaller fixtures, to helping us out with sewer flushing and scoping, they can do it all, and more importantly they're trustworthy. Nick and the crew are friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to talk you through questions and concerns, so you know what to look out for and how to care for things. I wouldn't trust anyone else with sewer line, or plumbing maintenance, honestly.

My local insurance agent gave me the name of Quality Control after another plumbing company could not unclog my sewer backup this past Thursday and predicted an expensive sewer line replacement. Nick Pappas at Quality Control was able to get me an appointment today at 10 to examine the sewer pipe to determine whether he could clear it in the short term and whether a longer-term fix was needed. Nick used a chipping hammer and Sawzall to remove an old floor clean-out cap closer to the city sewer (allowing him to reach more of the pipe). He used a combo of snake and camera to determine a problem area approximately 30 feet out. Nick found some root intrusion and was able to re-open the line. He charged me $450, much lower than the other company ($775), and included opening and replacing the expansion plug, which allowed him further access into the pipe to clear it, and sent me a video of the camera footage. I hope this will permanently solve the problem since so many other homes in the neighborhood have had damaged sewer lines. I am obviously not a plumber, so I appreciated Nick's time explaining the process, answering my questions, and showing me the camera footage. I recommend them since they actually solved the problem and for a much lower price than the previous plumber.

I normally shop around for contractors when I need help with a home improvement project or repair but since I started working with Quality Control for my plumbing needs I have gone back to them every time I need plumbing work done. Their responsiveness, transparency, timeliness, and high quality of work (and friendliness) make it unnecessary to look elsewhere. They have the capabilities of a larger company without all of the impersonal hassles and layers that normally come with the corporations. I normally deal directly with the owner, Nick, who does a wonderful job of explaining what's going on and doesn't oversell. For example, I recently had an issue with my garbage disposal and thought I would need an entirely new unit. Nick took a look and was able to fix it without the need for replacement. The other employees I've worked with (such as Matt) have been exemplary as well. Unlike some other contractors I've hired, Quality Control has always instilled me with the feeling that I made the right choice.

Mike and the team did a great job with a complicated issue with my furnace. They made sure I was taken care of in the cold weather. They did not give up on the issue even after multiple days. Several amazing experiences with past plumbing services as well! My house would be in much worse shape without the team at quality control.

I was referred to Quality Control by a friend to address some plumbing issues I encountered in my new home I recently purchased. They were quick to reply to my request for service, I found them to be professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Quality Control replaced a leaking toilet and repaired a meter yoke along with troubleshooting other issues. I highly recommend them.

Great company and I highly recommend. Over the last 3 years I've had them track down a water leak, add spigots, replace my sump, replace my hot water heater, and replace my furnace and ac unit. They are very fair on cost, provide quality workmanship, easy to get ahold of, and ALWAYS stand behind their work, never hesitating to make return visits if necessary. Oh, and you couldn't ask for a friendlier group of guys.
